Jayapak at ALLPack Indonesia 2026: Exhibiting Nine Machines, from Mixing to Processing and Packing
PT. Jayapak Sinar Abadi will exhibit at ALLPack Indonesia 2026, taking place 20–23 October 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Together with our principals STV Machine and Silverson, we are bringing nine machines to Booth AR033.
Visitors can walk through each stage, see the machines in person, and discuss their own application with our team.
Mixing
Silverson L5M-A is a laboratory high shear mixer for mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, disintegrating and dissolving, from 1 ml up to 12 liters. A digital tachometer, programmable timer and amperage display support process validation and reproducibility. Results at lab scale also help forecast how larger Silverson machines will perform.
Silverson FMX-25 Flashmix is a powder/liquid mixer. Instead of pulling powder in with vacuum, it forces the powder directly into the liquid stream. It can disperse and hydrate large volumes of powder, and it can be used at higher temperatures and with higher-viscosity mixes.
STV VMH-100 with Silverson BE-387 combines a vacuum mixing homogenizer with a bottom entry high shear mixer. The VMH-100 has a 125-liter vessel (100 liters functional) with heating, cooling and programmable mixing. The Silverson Bottom Entry Mixer suits high-viscosity cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food products.
Granulation and Compression
STV Combilab-5 is a laboratory-scale dryer, granulator and coater for batches of 2 to 5 kg. It handles drying, granulation, fine particle coating and pellet coating, with a bottom spray system, a 45° bottom plate and a separate air handling unit. It is designed in line with ATEX guidelines for organic processes.
STV RX-39-DD Tablet Press belongs to the RX-Series of high-speed rotary presses. It has double-sided tablet discharge and handwheel-free servo control of fill depth and tablet thickness. A touchscreen interface supports electronic records and signatures (21 CFR Part 11)
Pharmaceutical and Packaging
STV SFL-3 Suppository Machine is a compact automatic production line for developing and producing small suppository batches. It suits R&D centers and hospital preparation rooms. Dosing runs from 0.5 to 5 ml, with dosage accuracy within ±2%.
STV VI-360 is a 3- or 4-side-seal packing machine with an anti-folding horizontal sealing device, servo vacuum film pulling, and automatic correction. It is available with an auger filler for powders or a liquid filling pump.
STV VIP-420 is a vertical form fill and seal machine for granules, powders and strip-shaped products such as snacks. It covers feeding, measuring, filling, date printing, nitrogen filling, counting and transport of the finished product. Choice of fillers: Auger Filler, Volumetric Cup, Multihead weigher, Linear weigher, Piston pump, Gear pump, Flow meter.
STV SP-320 is a high-speed automatic strip packaging machine for medicine, chemical, and food products, with a maximum film width of 320 mm.
