STV Automatic Blister Intermittent Packing Machine Series are suitable for packing capsules, tablets (including irregular tablet), pills and etc. STV BI Series machine using platten type sealing jaw and its manufactured according to pharmaceutical GMP requirements. Our machine coverage from laboratory trial to production scale capacity, Machine also equipped with touch screen so the operator able to operate the machine easily. With automatic format locking, the positioning system achieves an extremely straightforward format changeover.

STV Automatic Cartoning Intermittent Machine is suitable for blisters, bottles, vials, pillow packs, etc. STV CI series had been manufactured according to pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
The machine are stable and provides easy changeover for different sizes of cartons. Its equipped with leaflet folder, carton opener, inserter for products and leaflets into cartons, emboss coding, tuck-in or hot-melt closures, and automatically discharge cartons. The machine is equipped with touchscreen and PLC so operator able to operate the machine easily, with series of sensors and automatic protective devices it will assure the machine runs safely and effectively.
