Key Technologies Presented at the Exhibition
At AllPack Indonesia 2025, Jayapak showcased STV Machine's integrated granulation processing line, designed to support pharmaceutical manufacturers in producing consistent and high-quality solid dosage products. High Shear Mixer Granulator (HMG)
The High Shear Mixer Granulator is used for wet granulation, where powder ingredients are mixed with a binding solution to form uniform granules. Through controlled mixing using our z-shaped agitator and high-speed multiblade chopper action, the system produces granules with improved flowability and compressibility, which are essential for stable tablet production. |  |
Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
Following the granulation stage, the wet granules are transferred to the Fluid Bed Dryer, where controlled airflow from our 45° diskjet bottom plate efficiently creates a cyclone air movement that optimises fluidization. STV’s fluid bed technology ensures uniform drying while maintaining the structural integrity of the granules. |  |
Lifting Sieving System
The Lifting Sieving system completes the granulation process by calibrating and screening the dried granules to ensure a uniform particle size distribution. This step is critical for removing oversized particles and preparing the granules for subsequent processes such as blending and tablet compression. |  |
Integrated Granulation Solution
By combining the High Shear Mixer Granulator, Fluid Bed Dryer, and Lifting Sieving system, STV Machine provides a complete granulation solution that improves production efficiency, ensures consistent granule quality, and supports scalable pharmaceutical manufacturing.
