High Shear Mixer & Granulator is ideal equipment to mix and granulate from wet powder mass. The equipment is used widely in pharmaceuticals and foodstuff industry.

Its state-of-the-art design allows for the efficient mixing and granulation of powders.

The special design of the bowl and impeller geometry provides the user a flexible method to produce dense granulations with exceptional properties.

Online cone mill is built-in at discharge of HMG.

Main shaft tightened to make air seal flows one-way (inside out), prevent powder/ water from coming into.

Agitator with special heavy-duty motor, soft start, variable speed, is suitable for different kinds of product

Z Shaped Agitator

Includes 03 mixing blades, Z-shape design, arranged 120 degrees. Improves particle movements for a more even product

Elevating agitator

Enables elevation of the main shaft up 100mm by pneumatic for visible check and validation without dismantling.

Multi-blade Chopper

Enabling the machine to run smoother with higher efficiency. Good for sticky and viscous powder.

High Shear Mixer & Granulator HMG-5/10/20 is a flexible machine for laboratory and for pilot production. The machine is easy to operate and conforms to cGMP.

Mixing/granulating bowls of 15, 30 and 60 liter can be installed.

When changing the bowl, the chopper, chopper motor and discharge cylinder are also exchanged.

Scale-up to production scale is available

Wet powder is calibrated during discharge via a sieving. Sieving motor, electrical wires are hidden

Shaft

Main shaft and chopper shaft are designed with one-way air seal; flowrate, pressure of air seal can be measured and controlled to prevent powder/ water to come into the main shaft and chopper shaft.
